COVID-19 Update

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

We care about our clients and our community and want to do whatever we can to keep everyone well and thriving. So we’ve made some changes for the time being, and it’s important for you to be aware of them.

Safety procedures for face to face appointments:
For the safety of yourself, our other clients and our staff we require you to inform us if you have any cold or flu symptoms. We request you follow the guidelines and recommendations set by the Department of Health and self-exclude if you have been to any of the countries with exclusion periods or have been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19. We also ask that you not attend the practice when you are unwell regardless of whether you think this may be COVID-19 or a cold or flu. We request that every client use the hand sanitizer or soap and water provided upon arrival. Please do not wait in the waiting room for long periods before or after your appointment or leave family members in our waiting room during your appointment.

Arrangements for video and phone appointments:
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, we can offer phone or video call appointments. This may be due to self isolation, illness or convenience. Please feel free to contact the practice and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you.
