Ejaz takes a warm, collaborative and holistic approach to working with his clients. He develops and implements tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. Ejaz believes that therapy should be practical. He draws upon a variety of evidence-based therapeutic strategies to empower his clients to facilitate change and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Along the way, clients can expect to learn effective strategies to manage their behaviours, thoughts and feelings!
Ejaz has an interest in working with individuals across the lifespan (10+) and with various populations. He has as a particular interest in working with clients to overcome trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
