Rhiannon is a Registered Psychologist who has worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, life transition challenges, school refusal and stress. Rhiannon strongly believes in taking a warm, empathetic and holistic approach to therapy, with the aim of working collaboratively with clients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship to explore issues which impact on their health and wellbeing.

Over the past 10 years, Rhiannon has worked in a range of clinical settings including drug and alcohol, mood and anxiety programs, disability services and most recently working in a high school with adolescents and families to assist with various mental health presentations. Rhiannon uses an integrated therapy model and draws from evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills and Mindfulness.
