Joanna Bailey – Psychologist and Director

Working collaboratively with her clients, Joanna utilises a range of evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness based therapies chosen to suit the individual needs of her clients. Joanna’s special interest areas of practice include depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, grief and peri-natal mental health.

With a family of her own, Joanna understands the stress involved with parenting and family life. She has worked extensively with adults, adolescents and children across a number of settings, including public and private organisations.

Joanna works with school communities to educate staff and parents on emotion coaching, stress and anxiety management, vocational goal setting and study skills in children and adolescents. She also speaks at workshops and seminars to provide education on a range of topics including mindfulness skills, management of symptoms of depression and anxiety, resilience and management of ADHD symptoms for study, work, relationships and personal wellbeing.

 


Suzi Cauchi – Psychologist

Suzi is a friendly and approachable psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults in both public and private settings. She works with adults with a range of life stressors and mental health concerns. As a parent, Suzi also understands the stress that can be involved with family life.

Sarah Sewell – Psychologist

Sarah has experience working in private, public, and education settings. She uses a variety of therapy types, primarily cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness based therapies. Sarah aims to work collaboratively with clients to develop an individualised treatment plan to help them achieve their goals.
Sarah works with both adolescents and adults. She is particularly passionate about working with young people and their parents to assist with navigating the unique challenges that adolescence can bring.

James Duguid – Psychologist

James has experience working in private and public organisations with adolescents and adults. James’ special interest areas of practice include depression, anxiety, stress, chronic health concerns and sports psychology.

James utilises a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness based therapies chosen to suit the individual needs of his clients.
