Working collaboratively with her clients, Joanna utilises a range of evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness based therapies chosen to suit the individual needs of her clients. Joanna’s special interest areas of practice include ADHD assessment and supports, particularly for women with late diagnosis and peri-natal mental health issues. She enjoys opportunities to speak with schools, workplaces and other organisations on a range of topics including neurodiversity, ADHD and ADHD in women. Joanna facilitates the ‘Bright Birds’ Womens ADHD support group.
With a family of her own, Joanna understands the stress involved with parenting and family life. She has worked extensively with adults, adolescents and children across a number of settings, including public and private organisations.

Josie is a warm and empathic psychologist. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy. With experience spanning across children, adolescents, and adults, she is dedicated to fostering authentic and collaborative relationships with clients to assist them in identifying goals and initiating meaningful change. Josie has a special interest in exploring and identifying a client’s neurotype and supporting them in navigating supports and accommodations, whilst learning to embrace their unique brain wiring.

Dior works with school aged children, adolescents and adults. She engages through a variety of therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy and play based therapies. Dior is passionate about building positive and collaborative relationships with clients to assist them in moving towards meaningful change. Dior is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and holds an associate membership with the Australian Psychological Society. She completed a Bachelor of Science – Psychology at Macquarie University and Graduate Diploma of Psychology – Advanced at Monash University.

Rachel is a warm and empathic psychologist. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities. With experience working with children (age 4 and up), and adults, she is dedicated to providing a safe space for clients to identify goals and initiate meaningful change.
Rachel conducts ADHD, Autism, Cognitive and Learning assessment for children and adults. She works with a range of individual presentations to navigate life’s struggles including: ADHD, Autism, Adjustment to change, Anxiety and phobias, Depression and low mood, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Perfectionism, Procrastination, Self-esteem, Separation anxiety, Shyness and social anxiety, Stress, Study and school related stress and Workplace stress.

Lily is a warm and collaborative provisional psychologist, who takes a strengths-based approach when working with her clients. She values fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients, alongside their families, feel heard, respected, and empowered. Lily tailors her approach to each clients’ unique needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Lily has a particular interest in working with young people (ages 6 and up) and their families to navigate emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental challenges. She enjoys supporting clients to build resilience, emotional understanding, and lifelong coping skills, with her clinical interests including emotional dysregulation and ADHD. Lily also has an interest in children’s brain health and development, which she continues to explore through ongoing research. Lily has experience providing therapy and conducting comprehensive psychometric assessments (including ADHD, learning difficulties, and intellectual disability).
Imojjen Hunnam
Imojjen is an Art Therapist who has worked with kids, adults, and in aged care. She has experience in both individual and group therapy with a wide range of abilities and goals.
Through Art Therapy, Imojjen creates non-judgmental environments where the physical use of art materials and the creative freedom to express ideas and feelings without worrying about the aesthetic outcome are able to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. The use of artmaking in sessions provides an alternative to, or a supplement for, other forms of communication, such as verbal or written. In sessions, Imojjen aims to facilitate self awareness, emotional processing, creative expression, enhanced communication, and reduction in stress and anxiety.

Suzi is a friendly and approachable psychologist with extensive experience working with adults in both public and private settings. She works with adults with a range of life stressors and mental health concerns. As a parent, Suzi also understands the stress that can be involved with family life.

Sarah aims to work collaboratively with clients to develop an individualised treatment plan to help them achieve their goals.
Sarah works with both adolescents and adults. She is particularly passionate about working with young people and their parents to assist with navigating the unique challenges that adolescence and young adulthood can bring. With a family of her own, Sarah understands the stress involved with parenting and family life.

James has experience working in private and public organisations with adolescents and adults. James’ special interest areas of practice include depression, anxiety, social anxiety, eating disorders, chronic health concerns and sports psychology.

Ejaz believes that therapy should be practical. He draws upon a variety of evidence-based therapeutic strategies to empower his clients to facilitate change and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Along the way, clients can expect to learn effective strategies to manage their behaviours, thoughts and feelings.
Ejaz has an interest in working with individuals across the lifespan (10+) and with various populations. He has as a particular interest in working with clients with anxiety disorders, depression, autism and trauma.
