Aliaska McKeon is a thoughtful and collaborative provisional psychologist who is passionate about creating a welcoming, validating, and empowering therapeutic space. She takes a strengths-based and neuroaffirming approach, supporting clients to feel understood, respected, and actively involved in their own growth. Aliaska tailors her work to each person’s goals, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and emotional regulation frameworks.

Aliaska enjoys working with children, teenagers and young adults. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals exploring their neurotype, including ADHD and Autism, and works with clients to build confidence, self-understanding, and practical skills. She also supports clients experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, depression, stress, anger, and burnout, and is committed to helping them develop sustainable coping tools.

Alongside her therapeutic work, Aliaska provides comprehensive ADHD, Autism, cognitive, and learning assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She strives to deliver clear, compassionate, and evidence-based assessments that help clients make sense of their experiences and access meaningful supports.
