Join us for an evening of art, reflection and connection.
Crafty Birds is a monthly creative therapy group for adults, designed to nurture wellbeing through guided art-making, gentle psychological exploration, and authentic community. Each session is hosted by a team of psychologists, art therapists and artists in our welcoming upstairs group space in Castle Hill.

Self-Compassion & Nurturing the Self
