Join us for an evening of art, reflection and connection.

Crafty Birds is a monthly creative therapy group for adults, designed to nurture wellbeing through guided art-making, gentle psychological exploration, and authentic community. Each session is hosted by a team of psychologists, art therapists and artists in our welcoming upstairs group space in Castle Hill.

Session One: Monday 21st July

Self-Compassion & Nurturing the Self

Our first session will explore the theme of Self-Compassion & Nurturing the Self, using art as a tool for personal reflection and emotional growth. You’ll create a meaningful artwork to take home, alongside new insight and shared experience with others on a similar journey.
