Dior de Souza is a psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and holds memberships with both the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Association of Psychologists. She completed a Bachelor of Science – Psychology at Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology – Advanced at Monash University.

Dior works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals across the lifespan to better understand their emotions, recognise their strengths, and develop the skills needed to navigate relationships and life’s challenges. She is particularly passionate about supporting healthy emotional development and building resilience in her clients.

She has experience working with individuals from a range of cultural backgrounds and strongly believes that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective outcomes.

Dior brings a creative and insightful approach to therapy, allowing her to connect meaningfully with clients of all ages. She has a particular gift for understanding the internal world of children and young people and helping them express themselves in ways that feel safe and empowering.
