Lily is a warm and collaborative provisional psychologist, who takes a strengths-based approach when working with her clients. She values fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients, alongside their families, feel heard, respected, and empowered. Lily tailors her approach to each clients’ unique needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Lily has a particular interest in working with young people (ages 6 and up) and their families to navigate emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental challenges. She enjoys supporting clients to build resilience, emotional understanding, and lifelong coping skills, with her clinical interests including emotional dysregulation and ADHD. Lily also has an interest in children’s brain health and development, which she continues to explore through ongoing research.

Lily has experience providing therapy and conducting comprehensive psychometric assessments (including ADHD, learning difficulties, and intellectual disability) across private practice, public health and university clinic settings. She also has experience providing brief crisis intervention through her work with Lifeline Australia. Lily can assist with a range of concerns, including:
