Jazzy Rouse is a compassionate and collaborative provisional psychologist who creates a supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow. She brings a gentle, strengths-based approach to her work and values building genuine relationships with clients and families. Jazzy tailors her therapeutic style to each person’s needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and emotion-focused strategies.
Jazzy’s clinical interests include supporting children, teenagers and young adults to navigate neurodevelopmental, emotional, and social challenges. She has a particular passion for working with individuals with ADHD and Autism, and she enjoys helping clients build strong self-worth, emotional regulation skills, and confidence in their identity. She is also skilled in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, or shyness, and works alongside them to develop practical tools for everyday life.
Jazzy is trained in conducting comprehensive assessments across the lifespan, including ADHD, Autism, and cognitive assessments. She is committed to providing clear, thorough, and neuroaffirming evaluations that help clients understand their strengths, needs, and pathways for support.
