Josie is a warm and empathic psychologist who works with teenagers and adults. She uses a range of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to support clients in understanding themselves and creating meaningful change.
Josie is committed to providing a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice that values authenticity, collaboration, and self-understanding. She works with a range of mental health concerns creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and goals.
She has a particular interest in working with high-masking and internalised presentations of neurodivergence and supporting individuals experiencing chronic stress or burnout. Josie enjoys helping clients explore masking, understand their neurotype, and build self-compassion while navigating supports and accommodations that align with their unique needs.
